Job summary

Premier Q is seeking a results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive sales and develop new business opportunities across the Bahrain market. You will identify prospects, build relationships with clients, and promote Premier Q’s sports, recreation and play solutions.

You will engage with contractors, developers, schools and government entities, manage the sales cycle from lead to quotation and award, and collaborate with our technical team to tailor solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development or sales.
• Experience in the construction or projects industry.
• Good technical understanding and ability to discuss project requirements with clients.
• Experience in sports fields, playgrounds, recreational facilities, landscaping or related products is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of the Bahrain market and ability to develop new client relationships.
• Self-motivated, commercially driven and comfortable working toward sales targets.
• Valid Bahrain driving licence preferred.

• Identify upcoming projects and follow opportunities from initial lead through quotation and award
• Understand client requirements and work with our technical team to propose suitable solutions
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and site visits
