Job summary

Manpower Bahrain / ManpowerGroup is seeking a hands-on Service Centre Supervisor to oversee daily automotive workshop and service operations at our Sitra facility. You will lead technicians, ensure high-quality service delivery, maintain safety standards, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering, 3+ years supervisory experience in an automotive service center, and strong knowledge of diagnostic tools and workshop

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years supervisory experience in an automotive service center or 4S workshop.
• Knowledge of automotive diagnostic tools, repair processes, and workshop workflow.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily workshop activities, technician efficiency, and job dispatching.
• Oversee quality control of vehicle repairs and maintenance services.
• Communicate directly with service advisors and customers regarding technical status and escalations.
• Monitor workshop equipment maintenance and enforce safety regulations.
• Track KPI performance, turnaround times, and workshop productivity.
