Job summary

Yokogawa is seeking a technically inclined individual to support TMI proposals, coordinate vendor quotes, and gain hands-on experience with CRM and order processing through delivery. The role includes attending weekly teleconferences and monthly sales meetings, coordinating with country teams to address accounts and issues while developing product understanding.

Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge are welcome; a driving license adds advantage.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• To support in preparation of TMI proposal and submission to customer after obtaining necessary training.
• Arranging the quotes from various sub‑vendors to support the proposal preparation.
• Ensure to develop hands-on experience on all internal processes and systems like CRM, Order processing co‑ordination till the delivery.
• To attend the teleconference on weekly basis and attend monthly Sales team meeting in TMI Department, coordination with country sales teams for accounts/issues/concern among the Sales TEAM and support Sales Manager to prepare for the Monthly report.
• Understand customer applications and recommend suitable T&M products and solutions.
• Customer visits for product presentations once the adequate training is completed.
• Product demonstrations to customers – explaining the features and benefits of the products and solutions.
• Track opportunities and maintain CRM updates.
• Assist customers with installation, configuration, operation, and troubleshooting of Yokogawa T&M product

Qualification And Experience

• Degree in Engineering. Electronics & Communication or Electronics & Instrumentation or Electrical.
• Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge may also be considered.
• Driving license will be added advantage.
