Job summary

Yokogawa in Bahrain invites applications for a Sales Engineer in the Analyzer Range. Reporting to the Analyzer Sales Manager, you will prepare proposals, coordinate across Order Processing, System Sales, Service, Quality, and Legal teams, and drive closure with customers.

• Ensure CRM and order processing coordination through delivery.
• Attend weekly teleconferences and monthly Sales team meetings; support monthly analyzer report.
• Conduct site surveys and product presentations after training.

Job Purpose

Reporting to the Analyzer Sales Manager, is responsible and accountable for activities within the assigned territory for Analyzer Range Sales business, The Engineer has the task of preparation of Proposal in consultation with Sales Manager, follow-up and for closing the same. Sales Engineer also works closely with the other cross-sectional departments like Order processing, System Sales team, Service, Quality, Legal etc.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• To support in preparation analyzer proposal and submission to customer upon given appropriate training.
• Applying SSTP, Technical tokuchus in consultation with reporting manager.
• Arranging the quotes from various sub-vendors to support the proposal preparation.
• Ensure that all processes and systems like CRM, Order processing coordination till the delivery.
• To attend the teleconference on weekly basis and attend monthly Sales team meeting in Analyzer Department, coordination with country sales teams for accounts/issues/concern among the Sales TEAM and support Sales Manager to prepare for the Analyzer Monthly report.
• Customer visits for site survey and product presentations once the adequate training is completed.

Qualification and Experience

• Degree in Engineering. Preferably in Instrumentation or Chemical or Electrical or Process Control.
• Driving license will be added advantage.
