Job summary

Yokogawa is seeking an Order Management professional to monitor orders, coordinate with global teams, and ensure on-time delivery. Fresh engineering graduates with strong technical knowledge are welcome; driving license is a plus.

The role focuses on ensuring compliance with customer requirements, tracking schedules, and supporting commercial teams in meeting delivery commitments. Excellent communication in English and Arabic is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (Electronics & Communication or Electronics & Instrumentation or Electrical).
• Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge may be considered.
• Driving license will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor order status and proactively follow up on pending actions.
• Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements and policies.
• Coordinate with Yokogawa factories and global operations teams for order execution.
• Track manufacturing schedules and delivery commitments.
• Follow up on production status, lead times, and shipment readiness.
• Expedite critical orders to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely shipment execution.
• Address order-related customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Support commercial teams in achieving customer delivery commitments.
• Ensure effective communication among all stakeholders.
