Job summary

SynerData is seeking a motivated Restaurant Manager for a contract position in Al-Malikiyah. The role oversees daily operations, staff supervision, budgeting, inventory control, and customer service to ensure high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have proven restaurant management experience, strong leadership and communication skills in Arabic (English a plus), and a solid working knowledge of food safety practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic (English is a plus).
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Restaurant Manager - Al-Malikiyah, Syria (Contract)

A well-established restaurant in Al-Malikiyah is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team on a contract basis. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing all aspects of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant including staff, budgeting, inventory management, and customer service
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
• Monitor and maintain high levels of food quality, consistency, and presentation
• Train and supervise staff to deliver exceptional service to customers
• Create work schedules for staff to ensure efficient operation of the restaurant
• Oversee ordering and inventory management to maintain proper stock levels
