Job summary

SynerData is seeking an entry-level baker in Isa Town, Bahrain. You will assist experienced bakers in preparing and baking a variety of breads and pastries, in a contract role with salary of $900 per month. Accommodation and visa sponsorship will be provided.

Ideal candidates include freshers with a passion for baking or those with some bakery experience. You will learn in a fast-paced environment and develop practical skills in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some experience in a bakery or food production preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and measurements accurately.
• Basic knowledge of baking techniques and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings evenings weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with measuring and mixing ingredients according to recipes.
• Prepare doughs, fillings and batters for breads, pastries and other baked goods.
• Operate ovens and other equipment used for baking.
• Monitor baking process to ensure products are baked to perfection.
• Decorate finished products with icings, glazes, toppings etc.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment at all times.
• Assist with packaging finished products for display or sale.
