stc pay Bahrain is seeking a operations professional to manage and monitor its self-service kiosk network across Bahrain. You will ensure kiosks are available, transactions reconciled and settled, and processes improved.

You will coordinate with vendors, IT, Finance and Customer Care, monitor performance across add money, transfers and other services, and report on gaps, discrepancies and compliance with CBB requirements.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in payments, fintech or banking operations, preferably in kiosk or self-service channel operations, reconciliation or settlement.
• Fluency in Arabic & English.

Responsabilités

• Manage the day-to-day operations of stc pay kiosks and follow up on all related operational activities.
• Monitor kiosk performance and availability across all kiosk services, ensuring machines are operational at all times.
• Identify and report kiosk abnormalities, malfunctions or service disruptions and escalate to relevant teams and vendors for timely resolution.
• Perform daily reconciliation of kiosk transactions against system records, acquirer statements, cash collections and bank statements.
• Perform and monitor settlement activities, ensuring all kiosk amounts are settled accurately and within timelines.
• Investigate reconciliation discrepancies, failed or unapplied transactions and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve them.
• Coordinate with kiosk vendors, the acquiring partner, IT, Finance and Customer Care on operational issues and service levels.
• Visit kiosk locations to inspect machine condition, placement and branding, and support on-site issue resolution.
• Review existing kiosk processes, identify gaps and suggest enhancements to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Prepare regular kiosk performance, reconciliation and settlement reports for management and support month-end close.
• Ensure kiosk operations comply with internal policies and CBB requirements, and support rollout of new kiosks.
• Perform other duties as requested.

To manage and monitor the day-to-day operations of stc pay Bahrain's self-service kiosk network, ensuring kiosks are available and operating properly, all kiosk transactions are accurately reconciled and settled, and kiosk processes and procedures are continuously improved.

Job Specifications:

Manage the day-to-day operations of stc pay kiosks and follow up on all related operational activities.

Monitor kiosk performance and availability across all kiosk services (add money, charity, Fawateer and international transfers), ensuring machines are operational at all times.

Identify and report any kiosk abnormalities, malfunctions or service disruptions, and escalates to the relevant teams and vendors for timely resolution.

Perform daily reconciliation of kiosk transactions against stc pay system records, acquirer merchant statements, cash collections and bank statements.

Perform and monitor settlement activities, ensuring all kiosk amounts are settled accurately and within agreed timelines, and follow up on any unsettled or delayed items.

Investigate reconciliation discrepancies, failed, reversed or unapplied transactions and related customer complaints, and coordinate with the relevant parties to resolve them.

Coordinate with kiosk vendors, the acquiring partner, IT, Finance and Customer Care on operational issues, maintenance, cash handling and service level adherence.

Participate in the testing of new kiosk services, software releases, system integrations and fixes prior to go-live, and document test results and issues.

Visit kiosk locations from time to time as needed to inspect machine condition, placement and branding, and to support on-site issue resolution.

Review existing kiosk operational processes and procedures, identify gaps and suggest enhancements to improve efficiency, controls and customer experience.

Prepare regular kiosk performance, reconciliation and settlement reports for management, and support Finance in the month-end close.

Ensure kiosk operations comply with internal policies, controls and applicable CBB requirements, and support the rollout of new kiosk locations.

Perform other duties as requested.

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology or Fintech from a recognised university, with a strong interest in fintech and digital payments.

Min of 1 to 3 years of experience in payments, fintech or banking operations, preferably in kiosk or self-service channel operations, reconciliation or settlement.

Fluency in Arabic & English

Preference in hiring will be given for Bahraini nationals.
