Job summary

stc Bahrain seeks an operations professional to run the day-to-day management of its pay kiosks, ensuring reliable service and accurate settlements. You will monitor performance, coordinate with vendors and finance, and handle reconciliations while resolving issues promptly.

The role involves testing new kiosk services, visiting locations for on-site support, and continuously improving processes to boost efficiency and customer experience. Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology or Fintech with a strong interest in fintech & digital payments.
• Min 1 to 3 years of experience in payments FinTech or banking operations, preferably in kiosk or self‑service channel operations, reconciliation or settlement.
• Fluency in Arabic & English.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of stc pay kiosks and follow up on all related operational activities.
• Monitor kiosk performance and availability across all kiosk services, ensuring machines are operational at all times.
• Identify and report kiosk abnormalities, malfunctions or service disruptions and elevate to relevant teams and vendors for timely resolution.
• Perform daily reconciliation of kiosk transactions against stc pay system records, acquirer statements, cash collections and bank statements.
• Perform and monitor settlement activities ensuring kiosk amounts settle accurately within timelines and follow up on unsettled items.
• Investigate reconciliation discrepancies and customer complaints and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve them.
• Coordinate with kiosk vendors, acquiring partner, IT, Finance and Customer Care on operational issues and service levels.
• Participate in testing of new kiosk services, software releases and system integrations and document results and issues.
• Visit kiosk locations to inspect machine condition, placement and branding and support on-site issue resolution.
• Review existing kiosk processes and procedures, identify gaps and suggest enhancements to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Prepare regular kiosk performance reconciliation and settlement reports for management and finance in month-end close.
• Ensure kiosk operations comply with internal policies, controls and applicable CBB requirements.
• Perform other duties as requested.
