• Translate complex technical concepts into practical guidance for colleagues and partners.
• Familiarity with AI tools and platforms (ML frameworks, predictive analytics, or optimization software).
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and documentation with attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, IS, Business, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience in GCC construction/sports/leisure/facilities sectors is an advantage.
• Comfort on-site in Manama and collaboration with diverse teams and suppliers.

Role Description

The AI Implementation Strategist is a full-time, on-site role based in Manama. This role focuses on identifying opportunities to apply AI solutions across PremierQ’s design, consultancy, material supply, and construction processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and decision-making. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing current workflows, gathering requirements from stakeholders, and designing AI use cases that align with business goals and project constraints. The AI Implementation Strategist will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to select appropriate tools, oversee pilots, and support integration of AI models and analytics into existing systems. The role also involves monitoring performance, refining strategies based on measurable outcomes, training team members on new capabilities, and documenting best practices for scalable AI adoption.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyze business processes and design AI use cases that improve operational efficiency, quality control, and project planning.


• Experience implementing or coordinating AI, data analytics, or automation solutions within project-based or construction-related environments.
