Job summary

Calo is seeking an experienced FP&A leader to own planning, forecasting and performance reporting across markets. You will redesign FP&A with automated pipelines and AI-assisted analysis, partnering with GMs, Operations, Marketing and Product to drive profitability.

Role emphasizes budgeting, KPI tracking and scenario planning, with a focus on delivering clear narratives to the leadership team and investors. English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Experience with three-statement financial models and driver-based planning.
• Experience automating FP&A processes and using AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budget and rolling forecasts at group, market and kitchen level.
• Own monthly close reviews including variance analysis and narrative.
• Build and maintain driver-based financial models (subscribers, retention, AOV, costs).
• Partner with GMs, Operations, Marketing and Product on unit economics and growth.
• Develop AI-first FP&A processes and automated reporting pipelines.
