Job summary

TMart is seeking an Admin to support our growing cloud-store concept offering 30-minute delivery of groceries at hypermarket prices. You will manage product content, update barcodes and descriptions, and maintain supplier master files while coordinating with senior stakeholders across the region.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in data recording and admin, is detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Strong communication and hands-on skills with multiple tools are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in data recording and the administrative field.
• You are very detail-oriented, structured and can prioritize effectively.
• You can interact with senior-level executives and manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day content updates, product listings, price changes and promotions.
• Check app images weekly and upload missing ones.
• Update barcodes, cost prices and descriptions as per operations.
• Maintain the master supplier file with up-to-date product info and images.
