Talabat is seeking an Admin to support our Grocery Store project, tMart, across multiple markets including Bahrain. You will manage product content, pricing updates, and supplier records, while maintaining critical master files and performance reporting.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders, ensuring accuracy and timely updates. The role emphasizes hands-on data work, attention to detail, and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in data recording/administrative field.
• Highly detail-oriented, structured, and able to prioritize to deliver solutions.
• Able to interact with senior-level executives and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Energized by learning and adapting to new tasks on the job.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; hands-on with several tools.

Responsibilities

• Content management: update product listings, prices, and promotions.
• Review and upload images in the Talabat app weekly; fix missing visuals.
• Edit barcodes, cost price and descriptions per operations requests.
• Maintain the Master File with accurate product information and media.
• Update Google Sheets for barcode, price and description changes.
• Maintain the country assortment/Google File.
• Generate and analyze product and supplier performance reports.
• Update supplier agreements and manage contractual processes.

About the opportunity

We’re looking for a Admin to join the team and focus on growing our own Grocery Store "tMart", which is the region’s first cloud store concept offering 30-minutedelivery of groceries at hypermarket prices. The service has expanded rapidly across Kuwait, UAE, Qatar, Jordan, Bahrain, Egypt, Oman and Iraq!

What's on your Plate?

• Content Management:Oversee the day-to-day content updates, product listings, Price change, and promotional activities.
• Checking the images in Talabat App weekly and uploading the ones that are missing
• Changing the barcodes, cost price and description as per operation’s request
• Master File Supplier:Maintain the master file, ensuring all product information including descriptions, specifications, and images & prices are up-to-date and accurate.
• Updates the google sheet for all the changes in barcodes, price and description.
• Maintains the country’s Assortment/Google File
• Performance Reporting:Generate and analyze reports on product performance & Suppliers performance.
• Supplier Agreements:Update terms of agreements with suppliers, manage the contractual process, and ensure all agreements are filed systematically and accessible for review and compliance
• Prepare and coordinate team scheduling to support operational requirements and maintain workforce efficiency.

What you need to be successful

• You have 1-2 years of experience within data recording and the administrative field
• You are very detail-oriented, structured and know how to prioritize -- you consider yourself as someone who delivers solutions and not bottlenecks to be solved.
• You are able to interact with senior-level executives and can manage the expectations of multiple stakeholders.
• You are someone energized by the unknown and look forward to learning each day on the job.
• You have excellent analytical and communication skills, and always like to be hands-on with several tools.
