We’re looking for a Communication Officer who loves language and visuals, and knows how to turn complex information into clear, engaging customer communication. You’ll be part of a team that creates content for the company's residential and SOHO customers—ranging from web pages and support articles to emails, SMS, ...
- Write and edit customer-facing content for web, email, SMS, apps, and support pages
- Collaborate with designers, UX experts, and developers to create cohesive digital experiences
- Ensure content aligns with the company's tone of voice, branding, and terminology
- Validate translated content for quality and accuracy
- Use CMS tools (i.e. AEM) to publish and manage content
- Participate in workshops and feedback sessions
- Create content that drives customer action and supports digital flows
- Contribute to visual and multimedia content (e.g., videos, visuals)
- Bachelor’s degree in communication or related field
- Strong copywriting skills in Dutch
- Full professional proficiency in English and French
- Affinity with visual communication and digital content
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Fluent Dutch writing skills
- Full professional proficiency in English and French
- Strong content creation and copywriting abilities
- Basic understanding of digital content flows and web publishing
- Ability to assess and validate translated content
- Collaborative mindset and proactive communication
- Structured and deadline-driven approach
- Comfortable with feedback and iteration
- Knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, or other visual tools
- Experience with content management systems (CMS)
