Responsibilities
- Write and edit customer-facing content for web, email, SMS, apps, and support pages
- Collaborate with designers, UX experts, and developers to create cohesive digital experiences
- Ensure content aligns with the company's tone of voice, branding, and terminology
- Validate translated content for quality and accuracy
- Use CMS tools (i.e. AEM) to publish and manage content
- Participate in workshops and feedback sessions
- Create content that drives customer action and supports digital flows
- Contribute to visual and multimedia content (e.g., videos, visuals)
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in communication or related field
- Strong copywriting skills in Dutch
- Full professional proficiency in English and French
- Affinity with visual communication and digital content
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
