Devoteam Belgium is hiring a Young Graduate to join the M Cloud team in Machelen, focusing on data & AI platforms and agentic-driven operations. You will be mentored by senior experts and work across three core pillars: Agentic Operations, Data & AI Platforms, and Cloud Transformation to help Belgian enterprises navigate digital transformation.

The role emphasizes collaboration, learning, and hands-on experience with modern cloud technologies, security foundations, and end-to-end client missions

Qualifications

• Education: A recent Master’s degree in ICT, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Mindset: You thrive in a proactive, partner-led support environment and are ready to handle end-to-end client missions.
• Languages: Fluency in English is required, along with professional proficiency in Dutch and/or French for the Belgian market.

Responsabilités

• You will be mentored by senior experts to deliver value across three pillars: Agentic Operations, Data & AI Platforms, Cloud Transformation.
• Agentic Operations: digitize and automate processes using M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI Foundry.
• Cloud Transformation: define cloud strategies, set up Azure landing zones and modernize applications.

Job Description The Mission: Shape the \"Agentic\" Future, Data & AI platforms The world of cloud is shifting from simple infrastructure to Agentic-driven operations and Data & AI platforms. At Devoteam M Cloud, we are looking for the next generation of consultants to help Belgian enterprises navigate this transformation. As a Young Graduate, you won't just be watching from the sidelines; you will be active in a partnership-first environment that operates end-to-end.

Qualifications What You Will Do You will be mentored by senior experts to deliver value across our three core strategic pillars:

• Agentic Driven Operations: Help customers achieve operational excellence by digitizing and automating their processes through M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI Foundry.
• Data & AI Platforms: Assist in designing Data & AI strategies and setting up technical foundations through the Microsoft Fabric ecosystem and Azure AI Foundry.
• Cloud Transformation: Accelerate enterprise cloud adoption by defining cloud strategies, setting up Azure landing zones, and modernizing application landscapes assisted by code-assist tooling.

Across all these areas, you will ensure a foundation of Identity & Security while supporting our Managed Services model.

Your Profile

• Education: A recent Master’s degree in ICT, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Technical Focus: You have a strong interest or academic experience in areas such as:
  • Agentic Operations: Low-Code/No-Code automation and AI-driven productivity.
  • Data & AI: Data engineering, analytics, and building scalable AI models.
  • Cloud Transformation: Building modern infrastructure, DevOps pipelines, and cloud-native applications.
• Mindset: You thrive in a proactive, partner-led support environment and are ready to handle end-to-end client missions.
• Languages: Fluency in English is required, along with professional proficiency in Dutch and/or French for the Belgian market.
