Devoteam is seeking a Security Architect specializing in Privileged Access Management in Belgium. You will design PAM solutions, integrate with provisioning/de-provisioning, and align with governance and identity management. The role involves client-facing work on-site, at Devoteam in Zaventem, or from home.

You’ll collaborate with the Cyber Trust team to deliver secure identity solutions, focusing on operational efficiency and continuous innovation in a fast-evolving cyber landscape.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and deploying Privileged Access Management solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux, AD, and security concepts.
• Aware of GDPR, PCI-DSS, SOX and Identity & Access Management principles.

What will your day look like?

As a Privileged Access Management Architect, you will work together with other Devoteam members and our clients to develop and enhance their current privileged access management solutions, focusing on operational, process and resource efficiency.

In this role, you will primarily be involved in the architecture and design of PAM solutions that integrate with new or existing platforms including provisioning, de-provisioning and integration of applications for authentication.

You will mainly support transformational projects including the integration and interaction of privileged access management, governance and privileged identity, to provide a holistic identity solution for our clients across their employees, suppliers, and customers.

It will include the design of customized solutions for our clients, not basic product installation. Therefore, you will have to analyze and understand our client’s specific business principles and requirements. You provide guidance on a systematic approach to respond to these requirements within our client’s budget and timeframe.

Additionally, a core responsibility of your role will be the continuous improvement and innovation of our Privileged Access Management solutions offering.

Who will you work with?

You will be part of the Cyber Trust team with more than 50 people in Belgium, exchanging insights and knowledge, “ensuring a secure IT environment protecting the business goals”. You will work with our customer’s business and technical employees to capture, discuss and verify cyber risks. You work on flexible daily basis, on-site at client’s office, at Devoteam in Zaventem or at home. You will report to your practice manager, who will be your point of contact for development and career guidance.

The right skills and experience

• Knowledge and implementation experience in the design, engineering and deployment of Privileged Access Management solutions, ideally on CyberArk (CyberArk PAS Suite, CPM, PSM, AIM, CCP – PSM and CPM Connectors)
• Solid MS Windows and Linux technical knowledge and operational experience: AD, IIS and Windows Security.
• Good understanding of security concepts and technologies in the wider Identity and Access Management space: Logical Access Controls, LDAP and RBAC, Authentication solutions, PKI concepts and SIEM solutions
• Awareness of the Information Security space and related compliance frameworks: Data Protection Act, EU GDPR, PCI-DSS and SOX

Desired/Preferred Certifications

• Master’s degree in computer science/Engineer/Cyber Security or relevant work experience in IT Security.
• Information Security Certifications are nice to have
