Join Kuehne+Nagel as a WMS Superuser and become a specialist ensuring the warehouse management system stays aligned with business requirements. You will guard system stability, monitor operations, and drive improvements to keep the landscape reliable and up to date.

You will configure WMS settings, support end users, and collaborate with IT and logistics teams to implement enhancements and new features, including EDI interfaces with other systems.

Qualifications

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Ability to configure and maintain WMS settings
• Knowledge of EDI and interfaces to other systems
• Strong SQL and database basics
• Willingness to work in shifts and on-call duties
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus

Responsabilités

• Monitor key WMS parameters to identify issues.

Join our dynamic project team as a WMS Superuser, where you'll become a true expert in our warehouse systems. Your mission is to ensure that system functionality stays fully aligned with business requirements, safeguarding business continuity while contributing to a well integrated and reliable system landscape.
In this role, you'll be a key guardian of system stability, proactively monitoring for any malfunctions and stepping in to resolve issues before they impact operations. Beyond day to day reliability, you'll drive continuous improvement and technological upgrades, shaping the system so it keeps evolving in line with business needs and customer requirements.
How you create impact

• Monitoring key WMS parameters to identify eventual issues;
• Provide training on the System to the end users;
• Monitor tickets created by users and troubleshoot eventual issues;
• Report any risk related to the WMS System;
• Work on new Continuous Improvement projects;
• Prepare Functional Requirement Specifications for the development team;
• Test new system features prior to being deployed into the UAT and Production environments;
• Monitor EDI messages between WMS and other Systems
  

What we would like you to bring

• Independent and team-oriented work style;
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills;
• IT educational background or equivalent technical experience, combined with strong logistics operations knowledge;
• Knowledge of any WMS (Warehouse Management System); experience as a WMS Superuser with the ability to configure and maintain system settings is strongly preferred;
• Good knowledge of databases and SQL;
• Know-how of EDI;
• Availability to work in shifts, with flexibility to support on-call duties and occasional weekend coverage when required;
• Proficiency in MS Office;
• Advanced English (written and spoken) is required; any additional language is considered a strong advantage
