ENERCON Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung is seeking a Wind Turbine Technician based in Belgium near Jabbeke. The role focuses on service, maintenance, and repair of ENERCON wind turbines, with emphasis on safety and documentation.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor in Electro-Mechanics, has driving rights, and is comfortable with heights. Willingness to travel within Belgium and participate in multi-day trainings is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Electro-Mechanics (or equivalent by experience).
• Experience on wind turbines is a strong advantage.
• Driving license (B) is essential.
• Safety-minded with good written and verbal communication in English and Dutch.
• Based in Belgium, near Jabbeke; willing to travel across the country.

Responsabilités

• Service, maintenance, and repair of ENERCON wind turbines.
• Fault finding and reporting on mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Adhering to site rules, policy, and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Adhering to Enercon's prevention policy, completing all required documentation.
• Working to the highest safety and environmental standards.
• Complete all computerised documentation.
• Weekend emergency call out service and late shift work involved (Rotation).

As a Wind Turbine Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Service, maintenance, and repair of ENERCON wind turbines.
• Responsible for a variety of state of the art electrical, electronic, and mechanical equipment.
• Fault finding and reporting on mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Adhering to site rules, policy, and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Adhering to Enercon's prevention policy, completing all the required documentation and reporting.
• Working to the highest safety and environmental standards.
• Responsible for completing all computerised documentation.
• Weekend emergency call out service and late shift work involved (Rotation).

Job requirements:

• Bachelor Electro-Mechanics (or equivalent by experience)
• Previous experience working on wind turbines is a strong advantage
• Driving license (B) is essential
• Safety-minded
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch
• You are based in Belgium, near Jabbeke
• Flexibility and highly mobility required – willingness to travel across the country to meet the companies requirements
• Have a positive, pro-active approach to work in a team, along with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Physically fit and comfortable with heights
• Problem-solving mindset and sense of responsibility
• Willing to attend multi-day training courses in Belgium or abroad
