ENERCON is seeking a Wind Turbine Technician to service, maintain and repair wind turbines. You will handle electrical, electronic and mechanical equipment, perform fault finding, and report results. You must travel across Belgium, hold a B driving license, and stay safety-conscious.

You will join a team that values proactive training, documentation culture, and adherence to high safety and environmental standards. English and Dutch communication skills are essential for site operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Electro-Mechanics (or equivalent by experience).
• Driving license (B) is essential.
• Strong safety mindset and willingness to travel.
• Good written and verbal communication in English and Dutch.
• Based in Belgium, near Jabbeke.
• Willing to attend multi-day training courses in Belgium or abroad.

Responsabilités

• Service, maintenance, and repair of ENERCON wind turbines.
• Handle electrical, electronic, and mechanical equipment.
• Fault finding and reporting on equipment.
• Adhere to site rules, safety policies, and documentation requirements.
• Complete computerized documentation.
• Operate within highest safety and environmental standards.
• Weekend emergency call-out and late shift work (rotation).
• Willing to travel across Belgium to meet company needs.

As a Wind Turbine Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Service, maintenance, and repair of ENERCON wind turbines.
• Responsible for a variety of state of the art electrical, electronic, and mechanical equipment.
• Fault finding and reporting on mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Adhering to site rules, policy, and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Adhering to Enercon's prevention policy, completing all the required documentation and reporting.
• Working to the highest safety and environmental standards.
• Responsible for completing all computerised documentation.
• Weekend emergency call out service and late shift work involved (Rotation).

Job requirements:

• Bachelor Electro-Mechanics (or equivalent by experience)
• Previous experience working on wind turbines is a strong advantage
• Driving license (B) is essential
• Safety-minded
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch
• You are based in Belgium, near Jabbeke
• Flexibility and highly mobility required – willingness to travel across the country to meet the companies requirements
• Have a positive, pro-active approach to work in a team, along with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Physically fit and comfortable with heights
• Good IT skills
• Problem-solving mindset and sense of responsibility
• Willing to attend multi-day training courses in Belgium or abroad
