Job summary

ENERCON GmbH is seeking a Wind Turbine Technician to service, maintain, and repair ENERCON wind turbines. The role covers electrical, electronic, and mechanical equipment with safety-first procedures.

You will perform fault finding, complete documentation, and participate in weekend call-outs and late shifts on a rotation basis. Based in Belgium near Jabbeke, you should hold a Bachelor in Electro-Mechanics or equivalent, have a driving license (B), and good English/Dutch communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Electro-Mechanics (or equivalent by experience).
• Previous experience working on wind turbines is an advantage.
• Driving license (B) is essential.
• Safety-minded and capable of working in a team.
• Good written and verbal communication in English and Dutch.
• You are based in Belgium, near Jabbeke, with willingness to travel across the country.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance, and repair of ENERCON wind turbines.
• Responsible for a variety of electrical, electronic, and mechanical equipment.
• Fault finding and reporting on mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Adhere to site rules, policy, and procedures to ensure safe working environment.
• Complete all required documentation and reporting with Enercon policies.
• Maintain the highest safety and environmental standards.
• Complete all computerised documentation.
• Weekend emergency call out service and late shift work involved (Rotation).

As a Wind Turbine Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Service, maintenance, and repair of ENERCON wind turbines.
• Responsible for a variety of state of the art electrical, electronic, and mechanical equipment.
• Fault finding and reporting on mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Adhering to site rules, policy, and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Adhering to Enercon's prevention policy, completing all the required documentation and reporting.
• Working to the highest safety and environmental standards.
• Responsible for completing all computerised documentation.
• Weekend emergency call out service and late shift work involved (Rotation).

Job requirements:

• Bachelor Electro-Mechanics (or equivalent by experience)
• Previous experience working on wind turbines is a strong advantage
