JD Logistics in Brussels is seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to oversee daily warehouse operations, lead a team, and drive safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping; monitor performance against SLAs; train staff; and support continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of warehouse or logistics experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes and inventory management.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or overtime when required.
