JINGDONG Logistics (JD Logistics) is seeking a capable delivery station team member to support daily operations and lead a shift of associates, sorters, or drivers. You will help allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure on-time dispatch while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible shifts, including weekends where required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, delivery, or warehouse environments.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills; able to lead a small team.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physical environment.

Responsabilités

• Support the supervisor in managing daily operations of the delivery station.
• Lead and guide a team of associates, sorters, or drivers during your shift.
• Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely dispatch of deliveries.
• Assist with team briefings and ensure safety and quality standards are followed.
• Identify and report issues affecting performance or service quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
• Train new team members on basic station processes and best practices.
• Communicate with other teams (transport, customer service) as needed.

Key Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For
