JINGDONG Logistics (BELGIUM) is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching of goods, while upholding safety and quality standards. You will manage daily operations, ensure accuracy, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires supervisory experience, WMS proficiency, and forklift/reach truck certification, with English proficiency and flexibility for varied shifts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse experience
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role
• Forklift/reach truck certification or equivalent

With a competitive salary, great locations, and a supportive, people-first culture, you’ll have the space to take on meaningful challenges, grow your skills, and make a real impact in a fast-evolving industry.About The TeamYou’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Job Summary:**Lead and supervise a team of warehouse operatives to ensure efficient and accurate handling of goods, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching, while adhering to safety and quality standards within JINGDONG LOGISTICS (BELGIUM).Job Responsibilities:**Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound logistics, inventory management, and order fulfillment.Allocate tasks to team members, monitor performance, and provide guidance and training to ensure productivity and adherence to procedures.Implement and enforce health and safety regulations, company policies, and quality control standards.Identify and resolve operational issues, discrepancies, and bottlenecks to maintain smooth workflow.Conduct regular inventory checks, reconcile stock, and investigate variances.Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks safely and efficiently (certification required).Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing goods, stock levels, and team performance.Communicate effectively with other departments, suppliers, and customers as needed.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization within the warehouse.Participate in performance reviews and disciplinary actions for team members as required.Job Qualifications:**Proven experience (3+ years) in a warehouse environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management principles, and logistics processes.Valid forklift, reach truck, and/or pallet jack operator certification.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.Good command of English; knowledge of Dutch or French is a plus.At JINGDONG Logistics, we’re committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.
