JD Logistics in Brussels is seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to oversee daily warehouse operations, lead a team, and drive safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping; monitor performance against SLAs; train staff; and support continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of warehouse or logistics experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leadership role.
Strong knowledge of warehouse processes and inventory management.
Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or overtime when required.

Responsabilités

Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of warehouse associates during assigned shifts.
Plan and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
Monitor team performance and ensure productivity targets and SLAs are achieved.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company operational procedures.
Conduct daily shift briefings and communicate operational priorities.
Train, coach, and develop warehouse employees to improve performance and skills.
Monitor inventory accuracy and support cycle counts and stock investigations.
Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
