Job summary

Toyota Parts Centre Europe in Diest, Belgium, seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a 30‑strong team, coordinate daily manpower, and drive safe, on-time logistics across Europe. You will develop Team Leaders, promote Kaizen and TPS, and manage end-to-end warehouse operations from receiving to returns.

Fluency in Dutch and English, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong data plus system skills (AS400, MS Office) are essential to excel in this role.

Qualifications

• You have a bachelor’s degree in Automotive, Engineering, or Logistics.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English (TME business language).
• You have strong fact-finding and data analysis skills.
• You are practical, hands-on and well organized with strong teamwork.
• You know AS400 and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead a shift of about 30 members, organize daily manpower and equipment allocation with a focus on safety, quality and on-time delivery.
• Ensure stable, standardized warehouse operations and end-to-end processes including unloading, receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping and inventory.
• Coach Team Leaders and promote Kaizen, TPS, JES/SOP improvements and QCC activities.
• Drive performance via data analysis, root-cause analysis and KPI management.
• Communicate daily priorities, safety and performance to the team; model 5S and continuous improvement.
• Support cross-functional collaboration and provide AS400 system guidance.
• Ensure compliance with legal and Toyota safety standards.
