Job summary

Toyota Parts Centre Europe in Belgium is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a ~30-person team, manage daily operations, and drive lean logistics across the European supply chain. The role emphasizes safety, quality and standardized processes while coaching team leaders and applying Kaizen principles.

You will work within TPCE’s large facility in Diest, using AS400 and MS Office tools to monitor KPIs and engage cross-functional teams to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive, Engineering or Logistics.
• Fluent in Dutch; English used as TME business language.
• Experience in warehouse operations and team leadership.
• Strong data-driven decision making and analysis.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and AS400.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift by organizing, planning and coordinating daily manpower and equipment allocation.
• Ensure safe, high-quality, on-time warehouse processes in line with standards.
• Oversee end-to-end workflows: unloading, receiving, storage, picking, shipping and inventory.
• Coach Team Leaders; promote Kaizen, TPS and continuous improvement activities.
• Manage performance discussions, root-cause analysis and KPI monitoring.
