Job summary

Toyota Motor Europe is offering a 18-month Graduate Development Programme anchored in a major warehouse transformation (Warehouse Reborn) in Belgium. You will join the project initially and transition into a Warehouse Supervisor role, leading four team leaders and 32 associates, with a strong emphasis on safety, efficiency and continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage resources and develop strategies, while leveraging Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft 365 tools.

Qualifications

Recent university graduates (less than 18 months of experience excluding internships).
Fluent in English and Dutch.
Bachelor or Master in supply chain, logistics or engineering.
Experience in project management.
Analytical mindset and ability to visualise data.
Structured, logical and rational.
Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Takes initiative and ownership.
Wants to lead and manage a team in an operational environment.
Eagerness to learn and develop skills.
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft 365 tools.

Responsibilities

Develop strategy, goals and stakeholder planning for Warehouse Reborn transformation.
Collaborate to reach consensus and drive ownership of the project.
Lead implementation with clear follow-up and reporting.
Supervise and develop a team (4 team leaders, ~32 members) and ensure resources.
Apply Toyota methodology to solve problems and standardise work.
Provide performance reporting and ensure continuous improvement.
