Bleckmann België N.V. is seeking a Supervisor – Warehouse Shift Leader in Ertvelde, Belgium. You will lead either the early or late shift, managing Team Leaders and warehouse employees to achieve departmental objectives and drive improvements.

The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, experience in managing large groups, strong communication skills in Dutch and English, and a good understanding of logistics and warehouse management processes.

This role requires flexibility, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities to inspire a dynamic team and improve efficiency.
