World Courier in Belgium is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee inbound receiving, putaway and stock replenishment. You will manage teams, coordinate with freight providers, and ensure compliance with SOPs for pharmaceutical products.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in a warehouse setting with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity, plus an active forklift license and WMS experience. It offers a structured environment with strict safety and process standards.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Liaise with inbound freight companies to book the receipt of inbound stock in an organized manner.
• Receiving ambient and cold chain product and checking for obvious damages.
• Maintain all stock location numbering and sections.
• Proficient experience in an inventory management system.
• Inbound receiving and putaway.
• Stock replenishment.
• Waving of orders, pick/pack, invoice and consignment.
• Lift, maneuver and load products of various weights in accordance with manual handling procedures.
• Ensure that pathways are kept clear to ensure safe product transition.
• Stock picking and order completion.
• Comply with World Courier standard operating procedures.
• Train, retain and motivate staff within a team‑based management culture.
• Motivate teams to meet targets and deadlines; act as a point of reference for problems.
• Communicate and liaise and, where necessary, escalated issues to managers, management, and internal/external providers.
• Contribute to improvement of processes, methods, and practices.
• Complete weekly/monthly statistic reports, ensuring all MHE servicing and maintenance is up to date.
• Work health & safety oversight of warehouse.
• Maintain clean and organized warehouse.

Experience and Educational Requirements

• Minimum 5 years warehouse experience.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.
• Experience in receiving/putaway, inventory/replenishment, pick/pack, and booking transport for cold chain orders.
• Understanding of the sensitivity of handling pharmaceutical products and reviewing SOPs.
• Current forklift license – counterbalance and electric reach trucks.
• Experience in warehouse management systems.
