AlphaPet Ventures GmbH is seeking a Warehouse Manager (m/f/d) for our Loncin site in Belgium. You will own the warehouse operation end-to-end, from goods receipt to shipping, and hold budget authority while building a capable team.

You will lead 8–10 staff, drive KPIs such as OTIF and inventory accuracy, ensure safety and compliance with Belgian law and EU feed hygiene, and continuously improve ERP/WMS-based processes aligned with the company’s growth plan.

Qualifications

• Several years of hands-on experience leading a warehouse or logistics operation.
• Solid end-to-end process knowledge across goods receipt, intralogistics, outbound and stock counting.
• Experience with WMS and ERP systems.
• Structured, performance-driven and hands-on attitude.
• Clear communicator under pressure, with experience driving change in established teams.
• Fluent French (C1) and very good English (B2).

Responsabilités

• Own the warehouse operation end-to-end, from goods receipt and put-away to picking, packing, shipping and truck loading.
• Lead and develop the Team Leads and the full warehouse team (8–10 employees).
• Steer and improve operational KPIs: OTIF, picking productivity, order and inventory accuracy, damage rate and fleet utilisation.
• Accountability for site performance and cost-efficiency, including operating costs, budget and investments.
• Drive continuous improvement of ERP/WMS-supported processes and the D2C ramp-up on site, writing and enforcing SOPs.
• Ensure site safety and compliance with PPE, Belgian labour and fire safety law, EU feed hygiene/HACCP; coordinate cross-functionally with Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Finance, People & Organisation and IT.

Your responsibilities

Cpro Food is on track to double or triple its volume within two years and you'll help build the organisation to get there. As Warehouse Manager (m/f/d) in Loncin, you'll take full ownership of daily operations and site performance, with real budget authority behind your decisions, whille building and developing a team that grows alongside the business.

• You own the warehouse operation end-to-end, from goods receipt and put-away to picking, packing, shipping and truck loading.
• You lead and develop the Team Leads and the full warehouse team (8–10 employees), including goal-setting reviews and building a resilient substitution structure.
• You steer and improve operational KPIs: OTIF, picking productivity, order and inventory accuracy, damage rate and fleet utilisation.
• You hold overall accountability for site performance and cost-efficiency, including operating costs, budget and investments up to a defined limit.
• You drive continuous improvement of ERP/WMS-supported processes and the D2C ramp-up on site, writing and enforcing SOPs along the way.
• You ensuresite safety and compliance (PPE, Belgian labour and fire safety law, EU feed hygiene/HACCP) and coordinate cross-functionally with SupplyChainManagement,Purchasing,Finance,People & Organisationand IT.

Your profile

• Several years of hands-on experience leading a warehouse or logistics operation
• Solid end-to-end process knowledge across goods receipt, intralogistics, outbound and stock counting, plus confidence with transport processes (CMR documentation, tour planning, carrier coordination).
• Experience with WMS and ERP systems.
• Structured, performance-driven and hands-on attitude
• Clear communicator under pressure, with experience driving change in established teams.
• FluentFrench(C1) and very good English (B2).
