For an international logistics company active in the Fashion & Lifestyle sector, we are looking for an experienced Team Leader Logistics to lead warehouse operations during a fixed shift (early or late).

Location: Ghent Metropolitan Area

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a large operational team, ensuring service excellence, and driving performance within a dynamic and fast-paced logistics environment. The ideal candidate combines strong people management skills with a data-driven mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 20+ warehouse employees
• Coordinate daily warehouse operations and ensure service level agreements are met
• Monitor productivity, quality, safety, and operational KPIs
• Manage workforce planning and resource allocation
• Ensure operational processes are followed and continuously optimized
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to support business objectives
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and employee engagement

Profile

• Proven experience in a Team Leader, Warehouse Supervisor, or similar leadership role within logistics
• Demonstrated experience managing teams of 20 or more employees
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Experience in a data-driven warehouse environment
• Knowledge of omnichannel logistics operations is considered a strong asset
• Analytical mindset with the ability to work with performance metrics and KPIs
• Results-oriented and able to perform in a fast-moving operational environment
• English level C1 or higher (speaking, writing, and understanding) is required
• Dutch is considered a strong plus
