Job summary

Segex, a growing logistics company based in Wommelgem, Belgium, seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the Belgian warehouse team and own day-to-day operations. You will drive process improvements, ensure stock accuracy, and collaborate with international colleagues to support growth.

You will manage inbound/outbound activities, monitor KPIs, and act as the local WMS expert while coordinating staffing and ensuring quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Experience leading teams or coordinating warehouse staff.
• Experience with inbound, outbound, inventory and KPI management.
• Hands-on experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• English and Spanish proficiency; Dutch knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the Belgian warehouse team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Oversee inbound/outbound, picking, packing, inventory and stock accuracy.
• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
• Act as the local key user for the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Looking for an opportunity where you can make a visible impact and help shape a growing operation from the ground up? Our client Segex is a young and expanding logistics organization based in Wommelgem, specializing in the storage, packaging, and distribution of healthcare and pharmaceutical products.

As part of an international group this company manages the flow of products from global manufacturers to customers across Central- and South- America, Europe and Asia. The Belgian operation was launched recently and currently employs a small team of around eight people, creating a unique opportunity to join a business in an exciting growth phase.

As Warehouse Supervisor, you will take ownership of the day-to-day warehouse operations and lead the Belgian warehouse team. You will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence while helping build processes and structure within a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the warehouse team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Manage inbound, outbound, picking, packing, inventory, and stock accuracy activities.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
• Act as the local key user for the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Coordinate staffing, holidays, absences, and workforce planning in collaboration with local management.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational procedures.
• Work closely with the international operations team in headquarters and support the continued growth of the Belgian site.

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader, or Warehouse Coordinator.
• Experience managing and motivating operational teams.
• Strong understanding of inbound, outbound, inventory management, and warehouse KPIs.
• Hands‑on experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Good knowledge of international logistics and imported goods flows.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish. Knowledge of Dutch is considered a strong asset
