Nando Wilrijk in Antwerp is seeking a hands-on Waiter / Service Responsible to own the floor and lead by example during service. You will welcome guests, take orders with precision, and help keep the room running smoothly.

With real responsibility from day one and a clear path to management within 6–12 months, this full-time role offers growth, competitive pay (€16.00–€18.00 brutto/hour) and benefits.

We're looking for a Waiter / Service Responsible to own the floor: someone who leads by example during service, keeps the room running like clockwork, and makes sure every guest leaves feeling like they just had dinner at home.

What you bring

• Composure under pressure — busy nights don't rattle you
• Organized, hands‑on, solutions over excuses
• English (required), basic Dutch (required); Italian or French is a real plus
