Brusketta in Antwerp is seeking a friendly Barman to join the team for evening service on a part-time basis. You’ll prepare and serve cocktails, wine, coffee and aperitivo classics while keeping the bar stocked and welcoming.

The successful candidate has hospitality bartending experience, solid knowledge of cocktails and wines, stays composed under pressure, and works with attention to hygiene and detail. English is required, basic Dutch as well, with Italian or French a plus.

Brusketta is a cozy Italian restaurant in Antwerp, known for its warm, authentic atmosphere. We're looking for a Barman to join the team, part-time, for evening service.

What you'll do

• Prepare and serve drinks. Cocktails, wine, coffee, aperitivo classics; accurately and efficiently
• Keep the bar stocked, clean, and ready before service hits
• Manage the pace of orders during busy periods without losing quality
• Coordinate with the floor team so drinks and food orders stay in sync
• Handle guest requests and resolve minor issues with a calm, professional touch

What you bring

• Experience as a barman/bartender in hospitality
• Solid knowledge of classic cocktails and wine
• Composure under pressure
• Organized, hands-on, hygiene- and detail-conscious
• English (required), basic Dutch (required); Italian or French is a real plus
