Job summary

Allianz Benelux is seeking a Portfolio Manager specialized in Workers Accidents (WAC) for Belgium. The role covers steering the P&C SME and MidCorp portfolios, defining underwriting strategy, and collaborating with underwriting and reinsurers to drive profitable growth.

You will manage the portfolio, develop pricing and product approaches, and monitor macroeconomic trends impacting risk and performance. A Master in economics/business and AI/Excel/dashboarding experience are desirable.

Qualifications

Master in economics/business orientation.
Proven track record in an Underwriter position in Workers Accidents or in Portfolio steering.
Some project management skills or experience leading projects in a large organization.
Knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a nice asset.
Familiar with AI, Excel, dashboards and working with figures.

Responsibilities

Lead and monitor the WAC portfolio to achieve profitable growth within target risk segments while complying with Group standards.
Develop underwriting strategy and guidelines for the assigned Line of Business and coordinate with Underwriting to implement it.
Manage exceptional underwriting referrals within the SME and MidCorp scope and collaborate with Reinsurance.
Define and execute technical product and pricing development to support the WAC proposition with stakeholders.
Track macroeconomic developments and translate into portfolio management actions.
