PwC Belgium is seeking a driven professional to join the Financial Services Governance, Risk & Compliance team within Assurance. You will work with leading insurers in Belgium and internationally, contributing to risk, regulatory and operating model transformations while driving efficiency and resilience.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in consulting, audit or the insurance industry.
• Own your workstreams, delivering high-quality and structured outcomes.
• Fluent in Dutch and/or French, with full professional proficiency in English.

Responsabilités

• Work on risk, regulatory and transformation projects across insurance companies.
• Analyse regulatory developments and assess their impact on governance, processes, systems and operating models.
• Support the design and implementation of target operating models and process improvements.
• Contribute to transformation initiatives, leveraging data, AI and innovative technologies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients to deliver structured, high-quality solutions.
