Job summary

Allianz Belgium invites applications for a Portfolio Manager specialized in Workers Accidents (WAC) within the Benelux Steering department in Brussels. You will lead the WAC portfolio, set underwriting guidelines, and collaborate with underwriting and reinsurance teams, while engaging with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Master in economics/business orientation.
• Proven track record in underwriting in Workers' Accidents or portfolio steering.
• Some project management experience leading large initiatives.
• Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French is a nice asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead, steer, monitor and control the WAC portfolio to achieve profitable growth.
• Develop underwriting strategy and guidelines for WAC; collaborate with underwriting.
• Manage exceptional underwriting referrals with SME/MidCorp underwriters.
• Define and execute technical product and pricing development for the WAC proposition.
• Track macroeconomic developments and translate to portfolio management.
• Engage with multiple Allianz Belgium departments and external groups.
