P&V Groep in Belgium is seeking a Work Accident Claims Manager to manage files from A to Z, providing clear decisions and a personal approach to customers and partners in Antwerp and Brussels. You bring a bachelor or master in insurance or law, 3–5 years of work accident experience, solid knowledge of the Work Accident Act, and excellent Dutch and French communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in insurance or law.
• 3–5 years of experience in workers' compensation claims.
• Solid knowledge of the Workers' Compensation Act.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage workers' compensation claims from A to Z.
• Analyze files and gather all relevant information.
• Make decisions on acceptance, liability and indemnities.
• Maintain contacts with insured parties, brokers, experts, lawyers and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with colleagues in Antwerp and Brussels.
• Seek accurate, client-focused solutions within statutory framework.
• Contribute to positive team dynamics with knowledge sharing.
• Follow up on cases with attention to quality and timeliness.
