Louis Vuitton Benelux, Nordics & Poland is seeking a Visual Merchandising Intern to join the PIONEERS Internship Program in Brussels. You will work with the VM team and Brussels Store, gaining exposure to head office strategy and in-store execution.

The role offers hands-on experience across in-store visuals, window displays, and brand guidelines, with reporting to the Country VM Manager. Start Dec 2026 or Jan 2027 for 6–12 months.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or holding a degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Merchandising, Design, or a related field.
• Strong command of English; knowledge of French or Dutch is an advantage.
• Ability to alternate between in-store and head office roles, demonstrating flexibility.
• Proactive, organized and detail oriented with good communication.

Responsabilités

• Support Area VM and help shape the aesthetics of Louis Vuitton stores in Belgium.
• Collaborate with the in-store VM team to install windows and displays following brand guidelines.
• Assist in maintaining the visual presentation: displays, signage and props.
• Collaborate with the VM Manager on VM tasks and organization.
• Provide feedback to HQ on VM rotations, contractors and reports.
• Prepare presentations on VM strategies, animations and results.
• Participate in VM calls and trainings.

Visual Merchandising Intern – join the PIONEERS Louis Vuitton Internship Program

In this position you will be part of the Visual Merchandising team of the Benelux, Nordics & Poland region and will have the opportunity to discover the Louis Vuitton luxury retail world in the Brussels-based head office. This internship is part of the "PIONEERS" Louis Vuitton Internship program, reflecting our commitment to fostering Next Gen talent. You will work closely with the VM team and the Brussels Louis Vuitton Store, gaining insight into both head office strategy and in-store execution, reporting to Country VM Manager.

Missions

Support to the Visual Merchandising Team of Benelux, Nordics & Poland:

IN-STORE VISUAL MERCHANDISING:

• The intern will support the Area VM and help shape the aesthetics and ambiance of Louis Vuitton stores in Belgium ensuring that the brand's creative direction is upheld, creating an immersive experience for our customers.
• Collaborate with the in-store VM team to install, deploy windows and displays that align with the brand's guidelines and seasonal themes.
• Assist in maintaining the overall visual presentation of the store by arranging product displays, signage, and props.

VISUAL MERCHANDISING SUPPORT IN THE OFFICE:

• Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising Manager in all tasks related to VM & organization.
• Provide regular feedback to HQ on VM rotations, contractors, pictures reports, props.
• Follow the competition on a regular basis.
• Support in preparing presentations related to Visual Merchandising strategies, animations and results.
• Participate in VM calls & trainings.

Profil

• Open to alternating between in-store and head office roles,demonstratingflexibility in job responsibilities.
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Merchandising, Design, ora relatedfield.
• Strong command of English, knowledge of French or Dutch is an advantage.
• Notion in Photoshop and Microsoft Package as nice to have
• Advanced organizational skills; ownership.
• Ability to multitask tasks without losing the eye for details.
• Proactivity, flexibility, and initiativeessential.
• Start Date: Internship starting in December 2026/January 2027 for 6 to 12 months.
• Location: Louis Vuitton Benelux, Nordics & Poland Head Office (Brussels, Belgium).
• Mandatory: Internship agreement provided by universities.
