Job summary

Telenet is seeking a Team Manager Value Management to define the strategy and roadmap for Business Solutions, with a focus on retention, renewals and gross margin protection. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, establish governance and KPIs, and drive a cross-functional value agenda across Product & Journey, Commercial, Delivery & Services and Operations.

You will translate customer outcomes into financial impact, secure ownership beyond your own team, and steer priorities while balancing

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in Value Management, Customer Lifecycle, Retention or related fields in a complex B2B environment.
• 2+ years in a leadership role translating commercial and financial drivers into business choices.
• Ability to build coalitions and create ownership beyond your own team.
• Strategic and analytical thinking with direction setting in ambiguity.
• Decisive, outcome-oriented, and able to balance customer needs with business realities.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong asset.
