Job summary

Telenet group seeks a Solution Lead Secured Connectivity to own the product domain for SME connectivity, including Fixed Connectivity, Networking, SD-WAN and Managed WiFi. You will steer ARPU, lifecycle costs and cross-functional execution with CVP, CX, and Commercial teams.

You will lead a four-person product team, set the operating model (OKRs, agile rituals) and manage vendor partnerships, pricing, and deviations from standard product.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in telecom or ICT with product ownership experience.
• Master/Engineering/ICT degree (or equivalent).
• Experience leading a multi-disciplinary team of 4+ senior professionals.
• Fluent Dutch or French and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and P&L for the Secured Connectivity domain; steer ARPU, net adds, lifecycle cost and build-vs-buy decisions.
• Lead, coach and develop a multi-disciplinary team; set ways of working (OKRs, agile rituals, governance).
• Translate business needs into feasible technical solutions with Product Managers and business Architects.
• Own the product backlog, prioritise features, drive EPIC-authoring and ensure handovers to build/UAT/operations.
• Manage vendor and partnership strategy; propose pricing and terms with Pricing Manager and Tribe Operations.
• Govern deviation requests from pre-sales; ensure product introduction training for pre-sales, sales, and customer-facing teams.
• Identify dependencies across tribes and domains; mediate conflicts and accelerate delivery to Cluster/Tribe leads.
