Toyota Boshoku Europe N.V. is seeking an experienced interior parts engineer to plan, draw and control serial production of vehicle interior components from our Brussels-area base.

You will drive cost-reduction initiatives across plants in France, Poland and Turkey and with suppliers, order prototype parts to validate designs, and hold regular technical reviews with Toyota Motor and partners. The role offers international exposure, a hybrid schedule and a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• CatiaV5 experience preferred.
• Experience in vehicle interior design engineering.
• Automotive industry experience is a plus.
• Experience in cross-functional and international environments.
• Willingness to travel abroad (approximately 10%).

Responsabilités

• Involve in planning, drawing and serial production control of vehicle interior parts.
• Lead cost-reduction activities across Europe plants and suppliers.
• Arrange and order prototype parts to validate designs.
• Hold regular technical reviews with customers (Toyota Motor), suppliers and plants.
• Generate new cost-reduction ideas from benchmarking and new technologies.
