Médiane Benelux is seeking a Senior Automotive Validation Engineer to lead testing campaigns for hybrid powertrains and automated transmissions. You will ensure quality and reliability of automotive systems while coordinating with R&D, production and quality teams.

The role requires 5+ years in automotive validation, a Master’s in Automotive/EME, and strong analytical and communication skills, with fluent English. On-site in Belgium with opportunities for growth and training.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Automotive, Electro-Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive sector, ideally in system and equipment validation.
• Experience with hybrid powertrains and automatic transmissions is a plus.
• Proven ability to technically lead a team and work independently.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to represent validation to stakeholders.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

• Plan and oversee automotive testing campaigns on test benches and vehicles.
• Analyze results, identify issues, and propose corrective and preventive solutions.
• Represent the validation function within the organization and coordinate with cross-functional teams (R&D, production, quality).
• Technically lead and mentor a team, fostering continuous improvement.
• Optimize testing processes and implement advanced analytical methods (8D, root cause analysis, etc.).
