Verhaert On-site Consulting is seeking a Validation Engineer to own validation activities for automotive components and modules within client environments. You will define validation strategies, create actionable test plans, and ensure sign-off through SOP, coordinating with test facilities and cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in automotive testing, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Electro-Mechanics, or equivalent technical experience.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the automotive sector, with testing and facilities.
• Analytical and structured problem-solving approach (8D) with preventive planning.
• Excellent customer focus, flexibility, and presentation skills to represent validation standards.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is an asset.
• Belgian work permit or EU citizenship; based in Belgium or willing to relocate.

Responsabilités

• Define the validation approach and test plans, ensuring execution through SOP.
• Take accountability for the extended product design validation test plan and sign-off.
• Convert roadmaps into weekly execution plans and optimize testing throughput.
• Translate test needs into structured requests; prepare, execute, analyze data, report findings.
• Engage internal and international testing facilities, providing actionable instructions.
