Airswift is seeking an experienced Validation Engineer to define and deliver comprehensive vehicle validation activities throughout the product development lifecycle. You will sign off results at SOP milestones, execute testing plans, and translate requirements into test requests.

You will coordinate testing across Europe, analyse development results, and provide technical feedback to multiple engineering disciplines, leveraging CANape, CANalyser, AVL CRETA, INCA, and MATLAB.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Automotive Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of automotive sector experience.
• Proven experience in automotive testing and validation.
• Strong data analysis and test reporting capabilities.
• Experience with VECTOR CANape, CANalyser, AVL CRETA, INCA, and MATLAB.
• Ability to coordinate technical activities and influence stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Define and deliver vehicle validation activities throughout the product development cycle.
• Sign off validation results at SOP and key programme milestones.
• Execute and manage product design validation testing plans.
• Translate technical requirements into structured test requests.
• Coordinate testing activities, planning, and issue resolution to maintain programme progress.
• Analyse and report development test results with clear technical feedback.
