Médiane Benelux is seeking a Senior Validation Engineer for a client in the automotive sector. You will define the validation approach, including virtual validation, and sign off results at key milestones such as SOP.

You will translate abstract test needs into concrete test requests, coordinate weekly priorities with multidisciplinary teams, and analyze development tests and data.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Strong experience in validation and testing.
• Experience with development and product validation environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to coordinate activities with multidisciplinary teams.

Job Description

For one of our clients active in the automotive industry, we are currently looking for a Senior Validation Engineer to strengthen the engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Define the validation approach for your domain, including virtual validation
• Sign off validation results at key project milestones, including SOP
• Ensure execution of the product design validation test plan
• Translate abstract test needs into concrete and executable test requestsConvert long-term planning into weekly priorities and remove potential roadblocks
• Prepare, coordinate and analyse development tests and related data
• Provide technical guidance and work instructions on specific validation topics
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to resolve technical issues
• Develop knowledge of available testing facilities across Europe
• Report test results, progress and potential risks to relevant stakeholders

Profile / Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry
• Strong experience in validation and testing
• Experience with development and product validation environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to coordinate activities and work with multidisciplinary teams
• Comfortable managing priorities, deadlines and technical roadblocks
