Médiane Benelux seeks a skilled Validation & Test Engineer to strengthen its automotive development teams. You will lead campaigns for powertrain and transmission validation, analyze issues, and liaise with internal and client teams to ensure robust results.

With a Master’s in automotive engineering and at least 5 years in the sector, you will guide a small team, apply structured methods, and communicate clearly in English. A dynamic environment and innovative projects await.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Automotive Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive sector.
• Experience in technically leading a team.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Responsabilités

• Plan, supervise, and execute automotive validation and test campaigns.
• Analyze and solve technical issues related to powertrain and transmission systems.
• Represent validation activities across the organization and liaise with internal teams and clients.
• Apply structured work and problem-solving methods (e.g., 8D, root cause analysis).
• Contribute to the preparation and optimization of automotive test facilities.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to a team of engineers or test technicians.
