Keystone Solutions is seeking a UX Researcher to join our consultancy and work on-site at the client's Brussels headquarters with 50% remote flexibility. You will apply mixed methods, conduct interviews/tests, and deliver actionable insights for the Daily Banking design team.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in UX research, strong analytical skills, experience in Agile, and fluency in English plus Dutch or French for interviews. Banking domain experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience.
• Studies in psychology, sociology, anthropology, Human Centred Design, or product design.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in UX research.
• Experience with diverse user research methodologies (user testing, card sorting, diary study).
• Strong analytical skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience in Agile contexts; familiarity with unmoderated testing techniques and AI tools is a plus.
• Corporate/banking environment experience is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Support business initiatives in delivering intuitive, engaging digital customer experiences within the Concept & UX Chapter.
• Apply mixed research methods and demonstrate hands-on experience in user research.
• Work as a dedicated researcher for the Daily Banking design team, collaborating with Concept and UX/UI Designers, Product Owners, and Business Analysts.
• Manage stakeholders effectively and prepare, execute, and debrief user interviews and tests.
• Develop research plans and methods tailored to project goals, ensuring maximum benefit from test outputs.
• Promote and develop user research within the chapter, communicating objectives and advantages, raising competency, and involving project team members.
• Collaborate on strategic projects, shape research tracks, spot research opportunities, and define/apply new test methods.
• Organise and manage intake, define user research needs, prepare and execute user interviews/tests, manage test locations, and travel occasionally within Belgium.
• Analyse insights, make actionable recommendations, deliver test reports, and ensure usability of insights in the short and long term.

Requirements:

• Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience
• Studies in psychology, sociology, anthropology, Human Centred Design, or product design
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in UX (qualitative) research
• Experience with diverse user research methodologies (user testing, card sorting, diary study, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills for data analysis and reporting
• Experience in Agile contexts and familiarity with unmoderated testing techniques and AI tools is a plus
• Corporate environment experience; banking experience is advantageous
• Team player, quick self-starter, pro-active attitude
• Excellent communication, influencing, analytical, and synthesis skills
• Languages: Native Dutch or French (for interviews and client contact), Dutch/French bilingual (nice to have), Fluent English (for stakeholder and report communications)
