Keystone Solutions seeks a fluent French-speaking UX Writer for a client-site consultancy in Brussels. You will craft clear, user-centered microcopy across digital products and contribute to design-system guidelines, collaborating with designers and product teams to ensure text is integrated into interfaces.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of relevant experience as a UX Writer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio of UX Writing examples.
• Understanding of UX Writing techniques, UX & UI fundamentals, and mobile-first principles.
• Ability to understand full customer journeys in collaboration with design teams.
• Familiarity with the design process and experience working with design teams.
• Strong Dutch knowledge (B2/C1).
• Native French speaker.
• Strong English knowledge (B1/B2).
• Team player with leadership skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Ability to share insights and propose multiple solutions to stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset across interdisciplinary teams.
• Independent, accurate, and detail-oriented work approach.

Responsabilités

• Actively contribute to UX copywriting guidelines and document them in the design system.
• Write and edit UI text, including microcopy, error messages, and user instructions throughout the development life cycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-friendly copy aligned with design and product goals.
• Iterate and adjust UX copy based on user feedback from tests.
• Ensure accessibility and inclusivity in all UX copy.
• Rephrase copy written by Dutch colleagues in French.
• Update the content database with your copy.
• Work closely with fellow UX Writers and designers, contributing to the design system and UX copy guidelines.

Mission Overview:

This opportunity is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a UX Writer French. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise to dynamic environments and contributing to the client’s digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Write clear, concise, and user-centric copy that guides users and enhances their experience with digital products, focusing on intuitive and consistent microcopy such as buttons, titles, error messages, and instructions.
• Actively contribute to UX copywriting guidelines and document them in the design system.
• Write and edit user interface (UI) text, including microcopy, error messages, and user instructions throughout the development life cycle (ideation, refinement, delivery).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-friendly copy aligned with design and product goals.
• Iterate and adjust UX copy based on user feedback from user tests.
• Ensure accessibility and inclusivity in all UX copy.
• Rephrase copy written by Dutch colleagues in French.
• Update the content database with your copy.
• Work closely with fellow UX Writers and designers, actively contributing to the design system and incorporating UX copy guidelines, as demonstrated in your portfolio.
• Collaborate with designers, product experts, and developers to ensure every piece of text is fully integrated into designs.

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of relevant experience as a UX Writer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing UX Writing examples.
• Understanding of UX Writing techniques, UX & UI fundamentals, and mobile-first principles, with the ability to adapt copy accordingly.
• Ability to understand full customer journeys in collaboration with conceptual thinkers and design teams.
• Familiarity with the design process and experience working with design teams.
• Strong Dutch knowledge, both written and oral (B2/C1 level).
• Native French speaker.
• Strong English knowledge, both written and oral (B1/B2 level).
• Team player with leadership skills, able to convince stakeholders and open to feedback, supporting fellow UX copywriters.
• Ability to share insights, propose multiple solutions, and explain your point of view to stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset, working with different experts to create maximal impact.
• Ability to work independently, accurately, and deliver high-quality results with attention to detail.
